This function was renamed for consistency in raylib 3.0, just unified all examples to use TextFormat() instead of FormatText()

It seems TCC was not casting correctly int values to float in some
specific situations

Examples have been renamed for coherence with raylib modules and test
examples have been merged into examples folder.
