Correcting details that pop-up when testing the different platforms

Still not working correctly, font offsets are not considered
correctly...

Support by default unordered charsets

new function: GetGamepadAxisCount()

LoadSpriteFontTTF() - TTF font loading with custom parameters

Added funtion: GetGamepadButtonPressed() - This function can be useful
for custom gamepad configuration

Support grayscale (8 bit) textures for fonts
Load unordered chars data above char 126

- Corrected bug and tested new gamepad system
- Reviewed Android key inputs system, unified with desktop
- Reorganize mouse functions on core

Avoid out-of-bounds situation with button array

- Support up to 4 gamepads
- Unified system between platforms
